I fully understand that the non-refundable deposit I am placing will hold my puppy/puppies and in the event that I change my mind about purchasing the puppy listed above, my deposit will not be refunded. If choosing option 1, a deposit on your puppy means that he or she is considered your puppy and thus will not be offered for sale to anyone else. If option 2 is selected, I, as the buyer, understand that I am purchasing my puppy in full and sending payment (along with shipping fees if shipping is necessary) and that my puppy will be shipped or picked up as discussed after my payment is received and shipping/pick-up arrangements have been made. I understand that my puppy will be microchipped; as it is a requirement for a puppy to obtain a health certificate from our veterinarian. I understand that Whispering Pines Treasures reserves the right to cancel any puppy purchase transaction at any time if deemed necessary for the safety of our puppy. I understand that all adult dogs sold by Whispering Pines Treasures are sold as is.
I understand that I must send my deposit within 24 hours after stating my intention to purchase a puppy. Proof of deposit being sent in the form of a tracking number if sending payments through USPS or money gram must be received within 24 hours as well. I understand that the puppy I am interested in will be removed from hold and again offered for sale. I understand that all puppies must be paid for one week prior to shipping or delivery unless other arrangements are made and approved by WPT. In the event that buyer does not send payment for their puppy by the agreed upon date all monies paid will be forfeited. Buyer understands that there are no exceptions to this policy. Puppies are ready for pickup or delivery at 8 weeks of age and shipping at 8 weeks of age. No exceptions will be made unless prior arrangements are made with Whispering Pines Treasures. I agree with Whispering Pines Treasures's shipping policies.
NOTE: We know that meeting your new puppy is exciting. However, due to many people insisting that their puppies be flown to them in extremely unfavorable weather (extreme heat or cold), we are reserving the right to use our own best judgement as to whether or not we think that the weather is suitable/safe for a puppy to fly to his or her new home. This applies to shipping a puppy not only when the temperature is below airline regulations but also when there is no embargo but extreme weather conditions exist. This is in relation to novice (yet well meaning) puppy care that could result in puppy becoming ill and or loosing his or her life. Our ultimate goal is that you received a happy and healthy lifelong member of your family and that should be your goal as well.
I understand that updated photos of puppies that are on hold or have been sold are taken approx. every two weeks until puppy is picked up or shipped if WPT is able to take updated photos. Updated photos are taken as time allows! All of our puppies are fully covered by our guarantee which is listed on WPT's website.
